性能特点：

1.放卷采用双工位回转架，不停机自动接换料；工作轴料卷达到设定直径时自动报警。

2.整机采用高精度伺服电机传动驱动，无需任何齿轮，运行过程更安静，更平稳，更精确。

3.印刷单元采用陶瓷网辊传墨，双向封闭式刮墨方式，供墨泵自动供墨；

4.采用自动套准系统，套色精度高且设置时间短，减少浪费，提高产能。

5.收卷采用摩擦收卷，不停机自动接料。

6.独立烘干系统，采用电加热方式，温度可调，变频电机调节进风系统。

1. The unwinding adopts a duplex rotary frame, which automatically accepts and changes materials without stopping the 

machine; Automatic alarm when the working shaft coil reaches the set diameter.

2. The entire machine is driven by high-precision servo motors, without the need for any gears, resulting in a 

quieter, smoother, and more precise operation.

3. The printing unit adopts ceramic mesh rollers for ink transfer, a bi-directional closed ink scraping method, and 

the ink pump automatically supplies ink;

4. Adopting an automatic registration system, the color accuracy is high and the setting time is short, reducing 

waste and improving production capacity.

5. Friction winding is used for winding, and the material is automatically received without stopping the machine.

6. Independent drying system, using electric heating method, adjustable temperature, and variable frequency 

motor to adjust the air intake system.
