性能特点：

1.放卷单元采用无轴液压上料；自动纠偏与恒张力控制；具有换料预警，断纸停机装置。

2.整机使用高精度齿轮传动，中心压印滚筒及中心大齿轮采用高精密材料制造。

3.印刷单元采用陶瓷网辊传墨，双向封闭式刮墨方式，供墨泵自动供墨。

4.收料单元采用摩擦收卷方式；使用电机驱动，具有闭环张力控制及断纸停机装置。

5.独立烘干系统，采用电加热方式，温度可调。

6.整机由PLC系统集中控制；可实现自动计米及多点调速。

7.配置静止画面检测系统，实时检测印刷质量。

5. Independent drying system, using electric heating method, with adjustable temperature.

6. The entire machine is centrally controlled by a PLC system; It can achieve automatic meter counting and multipoint speed regulation.

7. Configure a still image detection system to detect printing quality in real-time.
